Straight answers about the box outside your building.
Air conditioning and heating for Conroe homes and businesses — repairs, replacements and maintenance, explained in the same words we'd use to each other.
What your nameplate says
Most model numbers hide the capacity in three digits. Type yours in and see what size you have.
Service, repair, replace — for houses and for buildings
Repairs
Diagnosis and a written price before any part goes in.
Replacements
Sized from the building, with the options and their differences written down.
Maintenance
Seasonal visits for homes, scheduled plans with unit logs for businesses.
Rooftop units
Packaged and split systems on shops, offices and light-industrial units.
Ducts and airflow
Sealing, balancing and returns — the quiet half of comfort.
Heat pumps and ductless
For additions, shops, server rooms and homes without ducts.
For homes
Houses on both sides of the freeway: newer builds with one system for two floors, and older homes where the ducts are the real problem.

Know what size you have
When three companies quote you three different systems, the first thing to settle is what's there now. The capacity is usually printed in the model number on the data plate — and our reader turns those digits into tons and Btu in a second.
Before you call
How do I find out what size system I have?
The capacity is usually in the model number on the data plate. Type the three digits into our nameplate reader and it converts them to tons and Btu.
Should a replacement be the same size as the old system?
Not automatically. If the old one short-cycled or left the house humid, matching its size repeats the problem. We measure the building first.
Do you work on commercial buildings?
Yes. Rooftop units, planned maintenance, ventilation, controls and tenant improvement work along the I-45 corridor.
Will I get a price before work starts?
Yes. Repairs are priced in writing after diagnosis, and replacements are proposed in writing.
What refrigerant does my system use?
It is on the data plate. R-22 means an older system, R-410A is common now, and new equipment is moving to R-454B or R-32.
